I’m really excited because at the 4th Annual Festival of Books I was invited to participate in a literacy event happening this Tuesday, March 2 at a school in Chino Hills. Short notice but I will get to read The Quiet Lion to more people. Yay! I’m getting better at doing the voices of the characters and I always love the questions from the students afterwards. Doesn’t hurt that they treat me like a famous person either!! Thank you Dawn. I’m looking forward to getting all the details!

Visit To Torrey Hills Elementary School
Monday, February 15th, 2010I had a great time visiting the second-graders at Torrey Hills Elementary School in January. Thanks for being such a great audience while I read my book. I was so impressed with all your questions especially about the writing process. I hope to see some of your original works submitted to our Kidz Korner page soon!
